Flames shoot up from an underground gas pipeline after it burst on Zakir Hossain Road in the Foy’s Lake area of Chattogram city yesterday afternoon, triggering panic among pedestrians and vehicle passengers. Fire service personnel brought the blaze under control after about an hour and a half of effort.
