Trust Bank PLC, in cooperation with all scheduled banks operating in the district, recently organised the “Student Banking Conference-2026” under the directives of Bangladesh Bank at the Zilla Shilpakala Academy Auditorium in Sylhet.
Trust Bank PLC acted as the lead bank in organising the conference.
More than 400 students and teachers from various educational institutions across the district participated in the conference, which aimed to promote financial literacy and encourage the habit of saving among young students.
Khaled Ahmed, executive director of Bangladesh Bank’s Sylhet Office, attended the programme as the chief guest, according to a press release.
