Smoke rises after an explosion as a marine drone self-detonated in Romania’s Black Sea port of Constanta near an oil terminal, without causing any casualties, according to the defence ministry, in Constanta, Romania yesterday. The Russian embassy said the sea drone is of Ukrainian origin.
