Experts stress that meaningful inclusion depends on awareness, trained teachers, appropriate resources and a broader cultural shift towards acceptance.

Schools can play a critical role by promoting awareness and fostering understanding among teachers, students and communities. When neurodiversity is understood, classrooms become safer and more welcoming spaces.

Integrating their interests into lessons can enhance engagement and emotional development.
