The Anti-Corruption Commission yesterday filed an application with a Dhaka court to show Lt Gen (retd) Masud Uddin Chowdhury, a prominent figure in the army‑backed caretaker government, arrested in a case filed over alleged embezzlement of Tk 119.32 crore through sending workers to Malaysia.
