Ekattor TV Deputy Head of News Mostafa Julfikar Hasan, known as Shiplu, has been appointed as a Deputy Press Secretary.

According to the order, he has been given the post on a contractual basis in Grade-4.

Journalist Md Sujauddoula (Sujan) has also been appointed as a deputy press secretary on a contractual basis in the Grade-4 pay scale.

Journalist Md Jahidul Islam Rony has been appointed as a Deputy Press Secretary to the Prime Minister on a contractual basis in Grade-4.

Journalist Shahadat Shadhin has also been appointed as a deputy press secretary in Grade-4.

The appointments are subject to the condition that each appointee relinquishes any employment or professional engagement with any other profession, business, or government, semi-government, or private institution or organisation.

The notifications state that the appointments will take effect from the date of joining and will remain valid for the duration of the Prime Minister’s tenure or until further orders, whichever comes first.
