He also highlighted the need for decentralisation, better use of education data and stronger budget execution.

	<lang class="3" style=".Bodylaser" colour="#000000" orgstyle="BODY new" font="Blacker Pro Display" fontStyle="Regular" size="9">Khondaker Golam Moazzem, research director at the Centre for Policy Dialogue, said Bangladesh is lagging behind on SDG indicators despite gains in enrolment and lower dropout rates.
