Award winners pose for a group photograph during the Max-BSPA Journalist Award 2024, organised by Bangladesh Sports Press Association, at a hotel in the capital yesterday. A total of 24 awards were given in eight categories among sports writers and photographers for their outstanding work in the field of sports journalism in 2024. Among the winners were The Daily Star’s sub-editor Ashfaq-Ul-Alam and senior photographer Firoz Ahmed.
