Fishermen prepare for their next voyage aboard two moored vessels at the New Fishery Ghat on the Karnaphuli River in Chattogram. After spending 15 to 25 days fishing in the deep sea, they return briefly to shore to repair boats and nets and stock food and fuel before setting out again. The photo was taken recently.
