Fulki, an educational institution in Chattogram that began its journey in 1976, celebrated its golden jubilee with a unique children’s marathon event on Friday.

The event was hosted as a part of Fulki’s year-long celebration.

A total of 531 children and adolescents, as well as their guardians, participated in the marathon held on the hills and roads in CRB area of the port city.

The event was inaugurated at Shirishtala field in CRB area by Everest conqueror Babar Ali, Fulki Trust President Abul Momen, and Fulki Chief Shila Momen.

The marathon was held across three categories – 5km for seniors, 2km, and 1km races.

Winners were awarded at the end of the event.
