Motorcycles and rickshaws illegally cross this divider onto the opposite side of the road -- over a zebra crossing, no less. Despite a U-turn being available just 10 metres away, they make this illegal manoeuvre to save less than two minutes, while creating traffic congestion for other vehicles.
