The party plans to follow the central committee model while forming district and upazila committees, incorporating members from Students Against Discrimination, Jatiya Nagorik Committee, and professionals from various fields. The anti-discrimination student body spearheaded the July uprising leading to the fall of the Awami League government on August 5 last year.

NCP is also developing several specialised wings. Its youth wing is set to launch in April, while a coordinating committee for its labour wing was declared on March 23. Efforts are also underway to establish separate wings for women and professionals, and a forum for people with disabilities.
