The BNP leader noted that the people will ultimately determine the future of political parties.

“At the end of the day, it is the people who will decide whether we are popular or not. We must stand with them and ensure they stay with us.”

He said that the public is now more aware and willing to place their trust in the BNP.

“If anyone within the party acts in a way that breaks this trust, neither I nor the party will support them. I will not shelter such individuals.

“The party must be selfish in this regard. If any party member erodes public trust, we cannot own them in the party. We have endured adversities, oppression, and torture to reach this point. We cannot afford to compromise on this matter.”

Tarique said that the party would not tolerate individuals who harm its reputation for personal gain.

“We have already severed ties with those who acted against the party’s interests. Some may question what will happen next, but I am taking action based on the information available. I am making my stance clear as I proceed.

“I want to make one thing clear: we will not associate with individuals who engage in wrongdoing or unethical practices. As a political party, we are striving to do our best.”
