Midland Bank PLC recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Win Champion (BD) Limited, a concern of Sonic Group.

Md Ahsan-uz Zaman, managing director of the bank, and Benjamin CY Wong, founder chairman of Win Champion (BD) and chairman of Sonic Group, signed the MoU at the group’s headquarters located at Uttara EPZ in Nilphamari, according to a press release.

Under the MoU, Win Champion (BD) will use the robust online cash management solution of MDB’s “Midland Cash Management (MCM)” application to conduct its daily business banking and cash management activities.

Mohd Javed Tarek Khan, head of the institutional banking division of the bank; Muhammad Majidul Haq Patwary, vice-president and head of unit 05; Mohammad Hassibur Rahman, senior assistant vice-president and head of cash management; Su Yongbou, director of Win Champion (BD); Md Showayeb Ahmed, assistant manager of finance; along with other executives and officers from both organisations, were also present.
