Plastic drums clutter the footpath and roof of shops in the Karwan Bazar area. After collecting these drums from various areas in the capital, shop owners store those inside their stores. However, after reaching full capacity, they leave the drums out on the street, creating a nuisance for passersby. The photo was taken yesterday.
