A farmer tries to salvage grains from a paddy field flattened by rains on Thursday and Friday, which was influenced by cyclonic storm Michaung. The storm hit the coastal areas of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh, some 1,600 kilometres southwest of Bangladesh, last Tuesday before moving northwards and weakening into a depression.
