Keanu Reeves will once again take on the role of John Wick in Ana de Armas’ Ballerina , which is a John Wick spin-off.

In Ballerina , Ana de Armas will play the role of a teenage-assassin, who seeks vengeance on those who murdered her family. Another actor from the John Wick universe, who will be featured in Ballerina, is Ian McShane. Producer Basil Iwanyk described McShane’s part in the film as ‘pivotal’.

“We’re happy to have Ian McShane join us for a critical part in Ballerina . He’s been a part of the series since the first John Wick movie. It’s been great having him along for the ride as the Wick world grows,” Iwanyk told Variety.

Ballerina is directed by Len Wiseman and written by Shay Hatten.
