Armed robbers looted cloths worth Tk 2 crore from a garment factory at Sadarpur in Ashulia on Tuesday. Abu Sayed, owner of Samia Garments Ltd, said the gang numbering 40 to 50 stormed into the factory jumping over the boundary wall around 4:00am and took the three night guards hostage at gunpoint.

They looted cloths and fled with tucks keeping the guards tied with rope, he added.
