Members of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) arrested two youths along with nine crude bombs, four locally made firearms and gunpowder from Kazirber Women's College area in Sharsha upazila of Jessore on Wednesday night.

The arrestees Saddam Hossain, 34, and Jhantu Mia, 32, of the area are accused in a number of cases filed with Sharsha Police Station.

Major Ashraf Uddin, camp in-charge of Rab-6 in Jessore, said the elite force, being tipped-off, conducted a drive in the area and arrested the duo along with the arms and the gunpowder.
