One Moktadir, a victim of waterlogged streets near Khilkhet Bazar, said rickshaw wheels get stuck in cracks, the bumpy road causes back pains and the authorities concerned had piled earth along the road while fixing pipes.

Uttara Police Station (traffic) Assistant Commissioner SM Ashraful Alam said two flyovers on Staff Road had created more traffic in the area.
