The bank's Board of Directors has decided: 1. to change the denomination of shares by fixing its face value atTk 10 each instead of existing Tk 100 and market lot from 50 to 250 shares and to amend the relevant clauses / articles of memorandum of association and articles of association, subject to approval of regulatory authorities and shareholders in the EGM. The schedule of the EGM and record date will be decided and informed in due course and 2. to reduce its investment in the "Prime Investment Ltd", subject to approval of regulatory authorities.
