Anandabazar Multimedia continues to promote quality Bangla films. The latest work of this production house is Bangla feature film Shundori Beula, based on a story by noted poet Al-Mahmud.

The shooting of the film is in full swing at several spots in Aricha, beside the bank of the river Padma.

The film, Shundori Beula depicts the lives of the snake charmer (Bedey) community. The actors are Jona, Helal Khan, Shams Sumon, Koli, Abdul, Keya Chowdhury, Zillur Rahman, Golam Ambia Nuri, Pinky, Mahela, Smriti, Mou, Sadek Siddique and others.

Sadek Siddique, the director of the movie said, “The members of the cast

have given a superb performance. I am trying to infuse a few humorous scenes to add some comic relief. Many Dhallywood movies follow the beaten track of songs and dances and are sometimes vulgar. Shundori Bewla will prove to be an intelligent, exciting, and dramatic piece of filmmaking.”

BTV will telecast the movie on Eid-Ul-Fitr.
