The father of Additional Judge Faisal Mahmud Faizee yesterday filed a supplementary petition with the High Court (HQ for disclosure of the source of information of the reports that two leading Bangla dailies ran about his son's tampering with the LLB results.

Barrister Ajmalul Hossain, the counsel for the petitioner and Faizee's father, Mohammed Faiz, filed the supplementary petition will) the same High Court bench where he filed a contempt petition on November 8. No hearing of the petition, however, took place yesterday.

The counsel for the petitioner told reporters that hearing of the supplementary petition may take place on November 24, the day fixed for hear-ingof the earlier petition.

The HC bench on November 8 issued a rule on the publishers, editors and reporters concerned of The Daily Prothom Alo and the Daily Bhorer Kagoj, asking them to explain why contempt proceedings should not be drawn against them for running the reports.
