The Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) yesterday rejected 'planned' and 'motivated' report of the judicial enquiry commission on the August 21 carnage and said the report linking a foreign country or state agency to the incident might make Bangladesh a 'friendless state' in international arena.

The commission chief has confused the nation by making some 'controversial remarks' in the media before making the probe report public, Bashir alleged.

Although the commission mentioned that no bullet was shot at AL President Sheikh Hasina's bullet-proof vehicle, people who saw the vehicle, including the Interpol experts, found marks of bullet on the vehicle, he said.

The statement of the probe commission chief proved the government had formed the body to avoid responsibility for the attempt on life of leader of the opposition and killing of a number of people. Hurried formation of the
