Mokbul Ahmed and Abdul Mo-taleb were elected president and general secretary respectively of the Transport Agency Owners Association for 2002-2004, says a press release.

The election was held at the central office of Bangladesh Truck Drivers Union at the city’s Tejgaon Truck Stand on March 31.

Other office bearers are: Md. Abul Qashem (vice president), Mia Mostafa Kamal (joint secretary), Md. Abdul Hannan (organising secretary), Sajal Kumar Das (treasurer), Md. Masum Patwari (office secretary), Bahar Mia Babul and Md. Selim Khan (executive .members).
