The lone first-class match will start at Kimberly on Thursday. while the limited-overs matches are on October 18. 21 and 22 at Bloemfontein. Pietermaritzburg and Durban.

Although the four-dayer will provide Naimur Rahman's men useful practice ahead of their historic one-off Test match against India on November 10. but many observers back home felt that it would have been wiser for Bangladesh to play more longer version matches instead of number of 50-over games.
