Hosts Khulna and Barisal settled for a draw in their National Cricket League match at the Khulna Stadium yesterday.

Khulna, who took a first Innings lead of 45 runs against the visitors on the second day, made 170 in their second Innings on the final day yesterday before being dismissed in 94.3 overs. Barisal, in reply, were 77 for four when stumps were drawn.

Earlier. Khulna scored 161 in their first innings on the opening day. Barisal. in their chase, were bundled out for 116.

The highlight of the low-scoring affair, where 424 runs were scored in three days, was a brilliant bowling performance by Sohel.

The Barisal off-spinner, who captured seven wickets in the Khulna first innings, also shone in the second to finish with nine wickets. His sterling show rightly earned him the man-of- the-match award.
