JODI Amon Hoto. a discussion programme for children, will be aired tonight at 8 pm. The many problems, which arise between parents and their children, form the main theme of the programme. This programme seeks to allow children to express their feelings,and talk freely about what they want and expect from their parents.

Hosted by Rubana Huq, it has been conceived, directed and produced by Nima Rahman.

Ups and Down

The game show. Ups and Down, will be aired at 9:15 pmt with Abdur Noor Tushar as the host. The game show will have three participants and a guest star. The participants will be asked questions and the guest star will deem them and allocate points for correct answers. The guest star for tonight will ■be famous TV performer, Towklr Ahmed.

Based on the points each participant receives, the winner will be announced, who will get Dhaka-CoxsBazaar-Dhaka plane ticket Including food and lodging. Other prizes include a Dhaka-Calcutta (or Kolkata)-Dhaka bus ticket.

Other sections of the programme will include jumping, fanning with a hand fan, talking on the telephone and much more.

The title track of Ups and Down has been composed and sung by Ayyub Bachhu and it has been written by Obaydul Goni Chondon.

Ayyub Bachhu’s Solo POtromiance

The solo performance of Ayyub Bachhu will be aired at 2 pm. He will sing 'Bohudur Jete Hobey Ekhono...', 'Amar Jibon Kande...’, ‘Boro Babu Master...' and 'Pakhira Kande Shond-hay...'.

Neel Cactus

The third episode of the drama series 'Neel Cactus' which is based on the lives of Bangladeshis living abroad, will be aired at 10 pm. The famous actor. Al Mansoor, who has been living outside Bangladesh for quite some time, has written and directed this drama for Channel 1. The actors and actresses too are Bangladeshis living abroad. The best part of it is that it has been shot in the States as well.

Synopsis: America is the land of opportunities, for which many Bangladeshis migrated there, selling off all they have. But things turned out to be different - it wasn't heaven, as they expected it to Be. The parents, the siblings who dreamed of dollars try and face reality and they enter another world - the world of drugs and addiction.

Torun Mela

The magazine Torun Mela will be aired at 1 pm tomorrow, November 12. 1999. This will feature songs by Jhumu Khan, a dance sequence by actress Chandni, an interwiew with actor Shakil Khan and poems recited by Rupa Chakrabarty.

Another section of the program will be 'Help Une' and the subject matter will be Journalism. The editor of Dainlk Ju-gantor, Golam Sarwar, will discuss what steps should be taken to enter this profession.

Raju Alim has conceived the programme while Hedayet Hossain Tuhin directed Torun Mela. Rubaiyat Sharmin Jhora will host the show.
