JAMALPUR. June 5: Government is being deprived of a huge amount of revenue due to maf-practice by the owners of bidi factories.

Bidis are being sold in shops, hats and bazaars in seven police stations with impunity without band rolls. Some factory owners use old band rolls while marketing the commodity to the wholesale markets.
