The annual Board meeting and AGM of Rhone Poulenc Rorer were held on May 2 at the head office boardroom of Rhone Poulenc Rorer Bangladesh Limited (RPRBL).

A 10 per cent dividend for this year was declared in the meeting. The meeting was presided over by the chairman of the company. Anwarul Hoque, who is also the chairman of Bangladesh Chemical Industries Corporation (BC1C). says a press release.

Members of the Board of Directors representing the two major shareholders — BCIC and Rhone Poulenc Rorer SA. France — attended the meeting.
