Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has quickly responded on a request by Aminul Islam's for a spinner and sent veteran left-arm spinner Enamul Haque to Kathmandu yesterday. He will join the national team there which is now taking part in the Pepsi second Asian Cricket Council (ACC) Trophy tournament.

Aminul. who is on his maiden mission as skipper, asked for an additional tweaker on Thursday after their match against the Maldives.

Enamul. who played an instrumental role in Bangladesh's triumph in the inaugural ACC Trophy in Malaysia two years ago. will replace right-arm medium-pacer Mushfiqur Rahman.

Meanwhile. Syed Ashraful Huq. general secretary of BCB. will also fly to the Nepalese capital tomorrow to attend an executive committee meeting of the ACC which will be held day after tomorrow. Ashraful will return on the same day after the meeting.
