Shinepukur Holdings Ltd has recommended a five per cent dividend for the year 1997 in addition to interim dividend of five per cent paid earlier, reports APB.

The 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the shareholders of Shinepukur will be held on, December 10. said a company notice here Thursday.

The register of members and share transfer book of the company will remain closed from November 11 to December 10 (both daysinclusive) and during the period no share transfer will be effected.
