LAHORE. Mar 2: Unbeaten centuries by Rohan Gavaskar and Sanjay Raul and their unbroken 228-run sixth wicket stand helped India A' pile up a mammoth 557 for five at close in their first innings on the second day of the third cricket 'Test' against Pakistan 'A' at the Gaddafi Stadium here today, reports PTI.

The visitors lost three quick wickets this morning after the addition of just 30 runs to their overnight score of 300 for two.

Skipper Gagan Khoda was out after adding just eight runs to his overnight 181 and Abbas All. who resumed with him on 67 also perished for 76. Wicketkeeper M S K Prasad was out after scoring Just one run.

But Gavaskar and Raul made light of the early blows and batted well to take their team to a strong position.

Both batsmen duly reached their individual centuries and at stumps were batting on identical scores of 115.

All Rizvi who took three for 183 was the most successful bowler for the hosts.

The visitors would declare tomorrow morning and put pressure on Pakistan, Indian coach K Srikkanth said.

He said they did not declare their innings today because of bad light.

Srikkanth. elated over the brilliant batting display of Raul and Gavaskar, said they applied themselves well and hela the innings together after the fall of three quick wickets to put the team in a commanding position.
