FARIDPUR. Mar 2: The dead body of an old maniwas recovered by Kotwali police from the river Kumer. The body was identified as Nur Mohammad’s body on February 13.

According to police source, one Rashida Akhter on receipt of information came to Kotwali thana from Dhaka and identified the body as that of her husband. The victim served at River Research Institute as the model technician, she said.

She added, her husband left Dhaka for Faridpur on December 16 and since then he had been missing.
