Police were not able to find out the real motive behind the double murder, in a house at Mugdapara on August 6. till yesterday

As per the information of a woman, police are searching for two persons for their alleged involvement in that killing.

The young lady who introduced herself as Nargis told police that she herself, the arrested six persons and the victims. identified as Mukta Begum and Abul Kalani. were involved in sex trade.

Quoting Nargis, who is now in safe custody, police said two persons came to that house on August 6 evening in the presence of two Victims. Mukta and Kalam. For the sake of invest!* SUon police did not mentfort sir names.

Later three more persons entered inside the flat who were unknown to her. Then Babu told Nargis about the possibility of some mishap and suggested to leave the flat at once.

Police suspected that the incident of the double murder staged following distribution of money among the partners of an organised gang of sex traders.

Kalam. one of the victims, was the owner of some prostitute quarters in different residential areas in the city including Mugdapara and Jatrabari, police added.

Earlier police arrested seven persons, six of whom are now in custody.
