HSC examinees clash with police in Barisal: 50 injured From Our Correspondent

BARISAL. May 4: At least 50 HSC examinees and 10 policemen were injured in a clash here today.

Police and witnesses said, the HSC examinees staged a demonstration in front of the DC office at about 11 am protesting the decision to shift the seats of the examinees to another college. As soon as HSC examinees started moving towards the DC office, police intercepted them. To control the situation, police made baton charges, lobbed rubber bullets and tear gas shells.
