COLOMBO, Nov 10: Sri Lankan President Chandrika Kumaratunga has reiterated that she is ready to resume peace talks with Tamil Tiger rebels, possibly with third party mediation, the Sunday Observer newspaper said, reports Reuter.

But Kumaratunga told the newspaper In an interview that talks can be resumed only if the rebels indicate their willingness to lay down arms and agree to a fixed and limited time frame for the dialogue.
