Jainal was killed and eight others were Injured on Saturday when Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL) workers allegedly opened fire on them in the Farid Ahmed College premises about 35 km from here The col lege has been closed for an in-deflnlte period

The ICS announced their five day programme including hartal at a news conference at the local Press Club today
