MAGURA. Sept 8: Three alleged dacoits were caught red-handed with two pipe guns by the villagers of Gopinathpur under Magura sadar thana while the miscreants were attempting dacoity in house of Srlbash after committing two dacoities in same village on August 25 night. Some other alleged dacoits however managed to escape, police sources said.

According to the police sources, a gang of 10 to 12 da coits allegedly committed dacoity tai two houses of Rajendra Nath and Sachindra Nafh in village Gopinathpur on dead night of August 25 Then the miscreants attempted to enter into the house of Srlbash for committing dacoity

The villagers hearing the noise from the house of Srlbash came out with Lathi. Sharki, Ramadao and Dal and attacked the miscreants Then the da coits hid in a Jute field

The villagers geraoed the jute field and succeeded in catching hold of three dacoits with two pipe guns
