Expressing his country's interest in importing medicine from Bangladesh the Sri Lankan Minister said decision in this regard would be taken later after further discussion between the two countries Welcoming the Sri Lankan Minister Salahuddin Yusuf said since Bangladesh and Sri Lanka are neighbours the types of disease are also similar In the two countries

Both the countries can be benefited by sharing their ex periences and exchanging ex peruse, the Minister said also emphasising mutual coopera tion in the field of higher education and research in medicine.

The Lankan Minister ex plained the measures taken by his government to ensure better medicare to the people of his country.
