GAIBANDHA, July 6: Loin absconding accused, eldei brother Awrangazeb Shah was arrested by police from his house at village Kishmat Dash lia under Sadullapur Thana at deep night on July 1

The accused was awarded life term Imprisonment on charge of murdering his younger brother Raihan All Shah in 1995 in the court of district and session judge court.

Story was that on January 23. 1994 a quarrel developed between' two brothers over the issue of plucking banana from tree. Scon the situation turned serious after exchanging 'hot words. Immediately after the incident the victim went to toilet. The eider brother Raihan attacked him and stabbed on the back with a sharp weapon who succumbed to his injures on the spot. After committing the incident the accused fled and went at large. A case was file^ with Sadulla pur Thana.

The trial of prosecution case concluded in the court of District and Session Judge A T M Fazal Kabir. After examining the witnesses the accused found guilty of murder and ’ awarded life term in absentia
