The Election, Commission (EC) through a gazette notification has announced the constitution of 61 election tribunals for trial and disposal of cades relating to the 6th Jatiya Sangsad polls throughout the

The press release said-petitions will havp to be filed by

the aggrieved candidates or their nominated representatives either by hand or through registered letiters.These petitions must reach the election tribunala within 45 days of tht announcement of the names of the elected persons through gazette notification

The petitioners will also have to submit along with the petitions the receipts of Tk one thousand to be deposited tn any commercial bank, government treasury or sub-treasury in favour of the Election Commission as security against the expenses of the election cases, the press release said.
