Moudud Ahmed is still being denied of division at the Jessore Jail, complained his wife Hasna Moudud yesterday after visiting him recently.

Moudud Ahmed, arrested under the Special Powers Act. was suffering frdm pain in his chest and ears, she said.

The High Court division on Thursday issued rule on the government to show cause as to why the detention of Moudud Ahmed along with the other political prisoners should not be declared illegal.

Hearing for the rule subject to 'service return' within four days'from Thursday was fixed on March 7.
