PATNA. Apr 3: Amidst standing ovation and thunderous clapping by the newly elected Janata Dal MLAs. Laloo Prasad was today unanimously elected JDLP leader, paving the path for his second consecutive term as the Chief Minister of Bihar, reports PT1.

Prasad would thus get the honour of becoming the second chief minister after the late Dr S K Sinha, to be sworn rti as the chief minister for the second term in a row.
