A nine-day training course on. "human relations and ci» tomer services development" ended at the Bangladesh Institute of Bank Management (BIBM) in the efly yesterday, reports BSS.

The BIBM conducted the course with a view to developing efficiency of the participants for Improving human re laUona and customer services In banks and financial institutions.
