UNITED NATIONS. Nov 10 Rwanda will hold its own trials of accused war criminals in addition to the international tribunal sanctioned by the Security Council. Rwanda's UN ambassador said on Wed nesday. reports AP.

Ambassador Manzi Baku ramuta said that the in ternational tribunal was tnsut ftcient to try ihe large number of suspects, which he esu mated at 30.000.

"What my government is going to do is not to sit down and wait for it. Bakuramuta told reporters. 'My govern ment Is going to organise its own tribunal."

He said that tlie UN tribunal could concentrate on those ac cused of genocide, most ol whom are outside Rwanda, and the government would try sue pects charged with lesser crimps.
