JERUSALEM. Apr 3: An unspecified number of Palestinians will soon be allowed to return to the occupied • territories and more prisoners will be set free. Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin announced today, reports AFP meanwhile state radio reported that the first 300 Palestinian policemen will be deployed in the second week of April as moves to implement the September 13 autonomy deal gathered pace.

In the framework of negotla tions on the implementation of autonomy in the Gaza Strip and Jericho. we are going to discuss the release of prisoners, the return of Palestinians who in the past were wanted or expelled." Rabin told slate radio.
