KATHMANDU. Apr 2: Most MPs of the ruling Nepali Congress (NC) parliamentary party have voiced their full support to Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala who was demanded to resign by 36 dissident party MPs in the lower house, reports Xinhua.

In a memorandum presented to party President Krishna Prasad Bhattarai during the Central Working Committee (CWC) meeting on Friday. Ninety-one members of the NC parliamentary party, including 71 lower house MPs. reiterated their 'complete confidence and faith' in the leadership of the Prime Minister for the sake of party unity and the stability of democracy, official newspaper 'the Rising Nepal' reported here today.

Thia is the first Ume for so many NC MPs to officially express their support to the Prime Minister in a memorandum handed to the NC president.
