MANILA. Mar 2: The Asian Development Bank (ADB) today approved a technical assistance grant of 600,000 US dollars to Indonesia to support the government's efforts to enhance women's role in development. reports Xinhua.

The technical assistance will strengthen the capacity of the same ministry for the role of women (Kantor Menupw) to coordinate, monitor and eval uate the government’s efforts to take into account the concerns of women in all sector policies, piahs and programmes. the ADB said

The money also will be used to help Kantor Menupw develop a medium-term strategic plan to Improve its Institutional capacity and performance. according to the ADB.
