In the Leaf category, a total of 21,746 packages were offered. of which, the export buyers accounted for 58 per cent of the sate white the local traders purchased 16 per cent and the remaining 26 per cent was withdrawn.

In the Dust category 4.163 packages were offered at the sale, of which, the Internal buyers brought 64 per cent of the offerings while the export buyers purchased 17 per cent

and the other 19 per cent remained unsold.

CTC: Bolder brokens were generally lower by .20 potsa to .50 potsa per kg. Medium sized brokens eased little more whilst the small brokens were easier Taka 1 /2 per kg with fair withdrawals where seller were unwilling to meet the market. A very small quantity sold between taka 51.90 and taka 52.40 per kg.

Fannings eased by Taka 1 /2 per kg In general with large withdrawals as bids were much lower than expectations.
